A Note From Heather

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know hundreds of young athletes and their families. I’ve witnessed their joy, their determination, their incredible strength, and the moments when they were hurting more than anyone realized.

Those experiences changed me. They lit a fire in me to advocate for these kids, to create conversations that matter, and to help the adults around them better understand what they’re going through.

I know firsthand how much a few words can mean.

There have been moments in my own life when I’ve needed a little encouragement. A reminder that I was loved, that I mattered, or simply that everything was going to be okay.

I’ve always believed connection can happen anywhere. That’s why I started wearing messages on my clothing. I knew I couldn’t personally reach everyone, but maybe the words I wore could.

That’s what this collection is about. The possibility that someone might see a message they needed that day, and feel a little less alone.

Every purchase also helps me continue creating resources, education, and meaningful experiences for the young athletes and families who have given so much purpose to my work.
